Real Time Production Manager Module

A real-time option for the TPM system.

This real-time shop floor control software module is an outstanding solution for any business that is producing sewn products (apparel, handbags, shoes, hats, home furnishings, and other sewn products).

Using the well-known “Foxfire Technologies” engine, this module is designed to collect, verify, and process operator clocking and bar coded production transactions in “real time”. Because the information is instantly available, it allows plant management to anticipate problems and make short interval adjustments to avoid problems and increase production. In addition, operators have instant access to the system so that they can track their individual performance.

The system is designed to respond to a wide variety of both supervisory and employee requests. This module interfaces seamlessly to the TPM software system. TPM allows each user the ability to operate in either English, Spanish or Simplified Chinese.
