Completely web enabled and built for the global enterprise, the Vendor Payment Automation (VPA) module brings unparallel efficiency to the authorization and payment of invoices to vendors.

The flexibility and built-in rules of automatic matching allow companies to sort through invoices and other required documents to quickly compare the essential metrics such as price, quantity, quality, testing, and others.

The supply chain management data used in eSPS & ePLM for the purchase orders, packing, shipments, quality, testing, and warehouse receipts reduces the amount of external documentation that needs to be assembled for payment. Upon receipt of the vendor invoices, VPA enables automatic validation of the information. The payment status information can be shared internally and with the vendors. Communication and resolution of issues is done in a central location, from anywhere in the world.
