to Speak at AAFA Seminar on “Moving Beyond
the CPSIA”
MIAMI – Oct. 27, 2009 – NGC®

presenter at a seminar from the American Apparel and
Footwear Association (AAFA) on “Moving Beyond the
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA),”
Oct. 29 in New York City. The seminar will focus on
issues faced by the apparel and footwear industry is
complying with the CPSIA, as well as state
legislation such as California’s Proposition 65 and
new requirements from retailers and brands.
